What to expect when we work together.
| Deposit | 25% or waived | The project agreement will specify whether a 25% deposit is due upon acceptance or waived for the engagement. |
| Payment | Net 30 | Balances are due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. |
| Payment Plans | Available | Flexible payment plans may be arranged for projects. Terms are established before work begins and included in the project agreement. |
| Rush Projects | 25% | Projects requiring substantially accelerated turnaround may incur a 25% rush fee. Rush availability is not guaranteed. |
Custom Quotes
Word count is only one factor in determining project cost. Manuscript condition, complexity, required research, level of intervention, turnaround time, and requested deliverables may affect the final quote. Whenever appropriate, The Ninth Bell reviews project materials before confirming scope and price.
